What if I need to change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address you are required to our account. You can then see a detailed dashboard in front of you. From there you can change your shipping information and also any other information about your ID as required in just few clicks.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We care for your comfort. For this we deliver our products well in time within 2 to 3 working days via fastest courier service.

How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page.

What if I need to modify my order?

You can edit or modify your order very easily. You can do so by clicking the cart icon. From there you can add an item or empty your cart.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What will be the payment option?

Currently the payment option is COD (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Transfer. In COD you will have to pay cash to the courier boy while receiving the parcel. Similarly, if you want to use the Bank Transfer method then you will be required to transfer the cash in the bank account number which will be mentioned during the checkout process.

Will the delivery charges be included in my invoice?

Yes, delivery charges will be included in the invoice where applicable. As per our delivery policy, flat shipping charges and variable shipping charges according to the product and city will apply. All these charges will be included and mentioned in the invoice.

If I paid cash on delivery, then how can I receive refund for an item?

If you will fulfill the requirements of our refund policy, then your cash will be re-funded to the bank account that you will mention to our billing representative. Our billing team will then refund your cash as soon as your parcel will be received back to us. Please also read our Return and Refund policy where we have mentioned full details.

Can I purchase the product via debit or credit card?

As an innovative online store company, we are working to include online payment method including debit or credit card on to our website. Hopefully it will be integrated soon and our customers can then use the online payment methods during the checkout process.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

What is necessary for your refund?

There will not be any returns, exchanges and refunds if you do not like the product after its purchase. There must be an issue in the product to be eligible for the return, exchange and refund which must be shown in the photos that you will send to us via email or WhatsApp.

What is Buyer’s Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by us.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine but was not of that quality.

Can I return my item after 7 days?

The items cannot be returned after 7 Days. However, there may be situations in which you were not able to return items, in such cases please contact our Customer Service Team (0331 6761780) or through the “Contact Us” page and file a complaint to us.

 

Who will bear the refund cost?

As per our refund policy, the customer will pay the courier charges to return the product back to ThreadZout. Delivery charges will not be refunded and only the original cost of the product will be refunded to the customer.
